Ukrainian refugees don't have the luxury of cooking a meal at home or going out to a restaurant to eat. Chef Jose Andrés is providing hot, nutritious meals to refugees on the Ukraine-Poland border. This does not solve the conflict, but it does provide comfort and is a basic human need. As a former restaurant owner and humanitarian, I'm donating $1 from every reservation in the month of March to assist with the efforts of his World Central Kitchen which has been in operation since 2010. World Central Kitchen provides hot meals to people in crisis suffering from natural disasters, famines, and conflict worldwide.
