carousels 5 & 6
MCO has four meet & greet locations. Please follow Terminal A signs from level 3 and either take the escalator or elevator down to Level 2 to meet your driver at the info desk between carousel 5 & 6 if arriving on these airlines:

MCO has four meet & greet locations. Please follow Terminal A signs from level 3 and either take the escalator or elevator down to Level 2 to meet your driver at the info desk between carousel 11 & 12 if arriving on these airlines:

Virgin Atlantic*Your baggage claim is the only baggage claim on Level 1. Please still meet your driver at the info desk between carousel 11 & 12 and they will walk down with you to retrieve your bags. Most passengers carry their bags from customs to meet & greet and do not have additional luggage to pickup. Therefore, meet & greet is still Level 2 between carousel 11 & 12.

MCO has four meet & greet locations. Please follow Terminal B signs from level 3 and either take the escalator or elevator down to Level 2 to meet your driver at the info desk between carousel 28 & 29 if arriving on these airlines:

Port Canaveral
Cruise Ships
Each cruise ship has a different meet & greet locations for your pre-arranged chauffeur to pick you up.
Please note: Each pickup area only holds a limited number of vehicles and we are not allowed to wait an unlimited amount of time in the pickup area. Therefore, drivers wait in a staging area. You will need to call your driver as you exit the cruise ship to let them know you just disembarked so they can come to the pickup area. We recommend calling your chauffeur to let them know your estimated disembarkation time.

If you do not see the "pre-arranged" pickup area with vans, sedans, and SUV's please ask a porter where to meet your private ground transportation. This could vary from a "shared shuttle" pickup area.

SFB (Sanford-Orlando International Airport)
Domestic: Your driver will be at the bottom of the escalator holding a name sign

International:
Your driver will be opposite the crosswalk holding a name sign. You will see them as you exit the International terminal.

Orlando Amtrak
Please note we do not pick up or drop off at Kissimmee Amtrak. We only provide service to and from Orlando Amtrak.
Your driver will be holding a name sign on the platform as you exit the train between the terminal and the baggage claim station.
