Orlando International Airport Transfers

 

How does your car service work?

​

  • Place a reservation by phone or online.

  • You will receive a confirmation email for each transfer within a few hours after we review for the correct airport, flight numbers, service area, etc. 

  • The day prior to pickup we charge your card and send you a receipt. 

  • The night before pickup we send you driver information and meet and greet location. 

 

Town Car Now picks up from:

  • Orlando International Airport

  • Sanford-Orlando International Airport

  • Orlando Executive Airport and other FBO's

  • Orlando Amtrak

  • Port Canaveral

  • Hotels

  • Residences

  • Theme parks

 

Vehicles:

  • Sedans such as LIncoln MKT and Mercedes E350 seating up to three plus the chauffeur

  • SUV's such as Suburban, Yukon XL and Cadillac Escalade ESV seating up to seven passengers plus the chauffeur

  • Vans such as the Ford Transit and Mercedes Sprinter seating up to ten passengers plus the chauffeur

 

Car Seats:

Front-facing car seats 

Rear-facing infant seats

Backless booster seats

You are welcome to bring your child's preferred car seat and install it in our vehicles.

Maximum (2) courtesy car seats and (2) courtesy booster seats per SUV or Van and (1) car seat and (1) booster seat per sedan.

If you need additional car seats, please plan to bring your own.

All car seats must be reserved in advance. Same day reservations may be unable to accommodate child seats requests.
