• All reservations require a credit card on file. We bill your card the day before pickup. 

• To ensure the safety of your children, we offer free use of infant car seats, standard car seats, and booster seats. 

• Look for an email from reservations@towncarnow.com confirming all the details of your reservations. You will receive one email for each scheduled pickup. 

• The day before pickup look for an emailed receipt confirming your payment went through. 

• The evening before pickup you will receive another email with your chauffeur's contact information and meet & greet location.
