We recommend placing a reservation as soon as you make your travel plans to ensure the best service. Once you are in Orlando, our drivers are on-call and available to you anytime with a quick phone call.
Reservations are always recommended, but we can work with short notice as well. How do I make a reservation with Town Car Now? The easiest way is to book online at our secure reservations page. Alternatively, you can call 407-334-2862 (USA), 1-800-717-1901 (Toll-free), or 08000517094 (UK Toll-free) to book your reservation.
Is there a charge for a car seat? Car seats are complimentary and most drivers have them. However, we recommend that you request one at the time of your reservation to ensure that your driver arrives prepared. If you need more than one car seat, that MUST be book in advance since no drivers carry more than one car seat. What payment methods do you accept?

What is the customary driver gratuity (tip)? A customary gratuity for excellent service is 20%.
Where can you drive
me? We can drive you to anywhere you wish to go in Florida. Out of town trips must be prepaid to the driver before departure. Can you drive me
multiple places in a day? Yes, please see our Charters page. Our drivers are at your service for medical appointments, shopping, beach day, a night on the town, and much more. What are your rates? A driver gratuity of 20% is customary for good service. Wait time and extra stops along the way are charged at $10 per fifteen minutes, provided the driver is available for such services. Can I stop at the grocery store, drug store, or liquor store along the way? Yes, prepaid round-trips costing $95 or more are entitled to a free 20-minute grocery stop on one leg. You must let us know in advance so we can schedule the extra time and pinpoint the appropriate store along the way. For one-way trips and for customers needing a longer stop, wait time is charged at $10 per fifteen minutes, charged in fifteen minute increments, provided the driver has the availability in his or her schedule to stop. What if my flight gets delayed? Will I still be picked up? Our drivers track your flight every fifteen minutes to ensure you are picked up regardless if your flight should come in early or late. What if my flight gets cancelled? If we see that your flight has been cancelled we will attempt to call you for your new flight number. Please call us as soon as possible so we can start tracking your new flight. If you cannot call us before boarding a new flight, call us as soon as you arrive so a driver can be immediately dispatched. If I book now, when will I be billed? Our drivers accept cash, travelers checks, Visa,
MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. You will be charged at the time the service is rendered. Out of town trips must be paid before the driver leaves the pick-up location.
